Zeke's shark he caught on the beach at Panama City, Fla. Harley, Zeke's oldest son is standing next to him.
Alva Ezell, everybody called him Zeke, was a man's man. He was probably the most likable person I have ever
met. I don't think he ever met anyone who didn't like him. He didn't do anything special, but there was just something about
Zeke that you had to like. He was talented, knowlegable, and had a personality that always hit it off with everyone. I guess
you could say he had a special spirit about him. When you were with Zeke, everything seemed to be ok. Ironically, this didn't
really fit his past. After many years of fighting with achohol, Zeke got sober. He went through treatment and had an encounter
with God that changed his life, forever. He even went back to the rehab center and worked with many others to help in their
fight for sobriety. He was truly an amazing person. Zeke was sober for over 10 years before an anurism took him from us. He
has been greatly missed by everyone that knew him, but because of his influence, many lives have been changed.
